Our 24 Hour Cancellation policy.
Hi Beauty's your appointments are very important to Dead Pretty, your room and beauty therapist is reserved especially for you. We do understand lives can get busy, therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notices for cancellation or re-scheduling for a booking .
Please understand that when you just forgot or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive one of our beauty treatments.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget your appointment you may have booked months ago. Since the therapist is reserved for you and the time slot for you personally, failure to provide 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling will result in a no show fee.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the served treatment/ service amount.
No show’s will be charged 50% for the reserved treatment / service amount
Less then 24 hours notice or a no show for an appointment using a gift voucher will be voided - as started on our voucher .
Adjusting our appointment at the time of your appointment is considered a cancellation or your treatment / services and we have the right to request a cancellation fee pursuant to out terms .
for all appointments made within the 24 hours period , the client must cancel within 5 hours of the appointment or this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment/ service amount
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients on our waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better servicing everyone.
